Therapeutic Family Services (TFS) is a In-Home Care service provider that specialises in personalising your care to your definition of happiness. We believe in celebrating individuals for who they are and how they want to live by walking hand in hand with our clients to plan, understand and carry out tailored support. This is how we differentiate ourselves from others.
Our company is a family orientated organisation that started with a mother and her 2 children but with each new addition, whether client or staff, our family tree continues to grow and bloom throughout Victoria.
Having closely experienced our loved ones require varying levels of assistance, we understand how difficult it can be to entrust your loved ones to just any service provider. There is no “one size fits all” solution and so our approach is to take things step by step to make today, and every day, better than your last.
We can be the one you can rely on, to answer to every call and tend to every need because you are the centre of our world. We wake up each morning for you. We attain greater training to stay updated and prepared for any and all related to you. Development-Life Skills
With the right combination of professionalism and compassion we can help you with the necessary training to develop a range of life skills that will help you to achieve your daily and long-term goals. These life skills can include personal hygiene and grooming, how to maintain a clean and tidy house, development of communication and interpersonal skills, budgeting using transport independently and more.
Support Workers
We offer 24hr support from our professional support worker to assist you with personal care, mobility around the house, showering, cooking and cleaning, shopping and medication management as needed.
